PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is made via bank transfer to the company’s bank account. A prepayment of 40% of the total product cost is required to confirm the order.
- After agreeing on the order details, a 40% advance payment is made.
- The remaining 60% is paid before shipment.
- Production starts after receiving the advance payment.
- For individual or non-standard products, payment terms may be agreed separately.
We deliver tables and chairs using our own transport within the city of Lutsk and settlements of the Volyn region. By agreement, we can provide furniture lifting to the floor and professional on-site assembly. All you have to do is enjoy the result!
- Delivery within the city of Lutsk and the suburban 15-kilometer zone costs 700 UAH. Beyond the mentioned distance, the delivery cost is +40 UAH for each additional kilometer.
- For orders over 20,000 UAH, delivery to the specified address within the city of Lutsk and the suburban zone is free of charge.
- The delivery cost within the region is calculated individually depending on the distance and order volume.
- We agree in advance on a convenient time interval for you (Morning/Day/Evening). The driver will definitely call 30 minutes before arrival.
- Delivery to other cities of Ukraine is agreed individually. The cost and method of transportation are determined taking into account the distance, product dimensions and customer preferences.
- If necessary, third-party delivery services and logistics companies may be involved. We will help you choose the optimal transportation option and organize the shipment of the order in the most convenient way for you.
The conditions for delivery directly to an apartment or house (bringing furniture into the premises, lifting to the floor, as well as assembly and installation of products) are agreed in advance with the responsible manager when placing the order.
The cost of such services may be calculated separately depending on the complexity of the work.

The choice of carrier depends on the product dimensions, delivery address and customer preferences. The cost of transportation services is determined by the tariffs of the selected delivery service and is paid by the customer. For oversized orders, an individual logistics solution may be selected.
Self-pickup is available directly from our production facility in the city of Lutsk, 32A Heroiv Riatuvalnykiv Street.
