Closed-Cycle Production of Solid Oak Furniture
Full quality control at every stage: from the selection of Ukrainian wood to the delivery of the finished product to the end customer.
Efficiency and Zero Waste
A closed cycle is a production model in which the company carries out all technological processes independently at its own facilities. In furniture production, this means that wood comes to us as raw material and leaves as a finished, inspected and packaged product. We do not outsource any stage. The closed-cycle format allows us to save resources and apply our own high control standards.
♻️ Zero Waste — waste-free production
Our company works according to the Zero Waste principle: we do not have production waste in the traditional sense. Sawdust and shavings are processed into fuel pellets, which are sold on the market. Wood residues are used as eco-friendly fuel for the company’s solid-fuel boilers. This approach reduces costs and minimizes environmental impact.

Board Drying and Calibration
After the sawing process, the boards are thoroughly dried in our own chambers. This process takes place under the constant supervision of specialists and in strict accordance with the technological regime for hardwood species.
The next step is processing and calibration. Dry wood is sorted for the production of solid-lamella panels, jointed tabletops or frame elements. Planing is carried out on modern Austrian equipment in workshops with an efficient ventilation and aspiration system.
Detail Processing
This is a key stage in shaping the future product. Structural elements undergo final processing, receive their finished appearance and are prepared for the application of a protective coating.
The process requires maximum attention and control. High quality is ensured by the involvement of the staff, as the company has an effective system of motivation and work incentives.

Coating and Quality Control
The protective coating is applied in a specialized workshop. We use high-quality lacquers, oils and paints from leading European manufacturers, strictly following technological and temperature regimes.
Each finished product undergoes strict inspection at the quality control area. Only after compliance with the “Manufacturer’s Quality Guarantee” criteria is confirmed, the furniture is packed in reliable protective materials. Even for large-sized products, our packaging ensures safe transportation.
